Invoice Policy

If you are sending your payment via bacs, please reference your invoice number. This can be found at the top right of your invoice. If you are sending your payment via PayPal, please reference your invoice number and students full name. Payments must be made before any lessons start, if you have any queries regarding your invoice please contact within that time frame. 

Will I get sent weekly reports of my childs progress?

Yes, weekly progress reports by email are optional. If this is something you would wish to have then please state if you would like to receive them. 

When will my invoice be sent?

Invoices will be sent via email on the 1st of every month or the first working day of the month so you can pre-pay and pre-book your lessons. If any re- arrangements need to made, please notify this within 7 days. 

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, if a lesson is missed or cancelled, please notify of this cancellation 48 hours before the lesson otherwise there will be a 50% charge which can be payable at the next lesson.

If your child is absent, please text me the morning to inform me of their absence as well as informing the school otherwise there will be a full lesson charge. 

Can my child take grade exams?

Yes, Milne Drum Tuition is able to prepare pupils for accredited qualifications (pre-grade one to grade 8). These are internationally recognised and see UCAS points being awarded from Grade 6. Your child can take either Trinity College of London or Rock School exams. 

Is there any financial support?

Yes, pupils who are entitled to free school meals may be able to access financial assistance for 30 minute tuition in lunch or lesson times. Please enquire and I can find out for you. 

What happens if I haven’t paid my invoice on time?

Unfortunately, I will not be able to book your child in for their next lesson until it is paid. If someone else is wanting that lesson time then they will be allocated that time slot. Please bear in mind that there is sometimes a waiting list.
